This facemask calms the skin down and can help heal acne or acne scars and leave your skin with a nice glow. The two key ingredients in this mask are crushed oats and turmeric. For those of you who don’t know, oatmeal is great for retaining the moisture in your skin, can help exfoliate and can also help calm your skin down. Turmeric is another key ingredient in this mask because it has so many benefits. It has been used by women in Southern Asia as a natural remedy for ages. Since it has antibacterial properties, it can help fight acne and help heal acne scars. It can also reduce the damage from the sun and some believe that it also has anti-aging properties.The facemask leaves your skin feeling healthy, moisturized and leaves it with an overall glow!

Face mask recipe:
- 3 tablespoons crushed oats
- 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 1/2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons some rose water
mix all the ingredients listed above really well and apply to your face. Leave the face mask on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Rinse well because turmeric can sometimes stain.
